Lobster meat is highly prized for its sweet, rich flavour and tender texture. It is often considered a luxury food item. Lobsters can be prepared in numerous ways, including boiling, steaming, grilling, and baking. Popular dishes include lobster bisque, lobster rolls, and lobster tail with butter.
This Lobster will weigh 500g-600g approx. Fish vary in size, the invoiced weight of your fish will be within + or – 10% of your ordered weight.
We recommend fresh fish to be consumed straight away, or within 3 days. Store in your refrigerator and pack with ice if possible.
To freeze: place the fish straight in the freezer upon delivery and consume within 3 months. Due to product availibilty and market coditions we may send Frozen Fish. This product may be dispatched frozen and begin to Thaw in transit, Altough all our orders are packed properly we can not guarantee items will be fully frozen upon delivery. Therefore might not be suitable for home freezing
